Gunung Galunggung

Mount Galunggung is a volcano with 2,167 m above sea level. It is located about 17 km from Tasikmalaya. Rising majestically in the heart of West Java, Gunung Galunggung is a stunning volcano with a dramatic past. Its eruption in 1982 was a powerful reminder of the raw power of nature, but it also brought new life and fertility to the region.
